I think Americans need to start being more resposible and learn to take care of their bodies. Come on, who wants to have so many health problems and so many risk factors. Such risks that could kill them should be taken care of them.

Johnny, I share your same opinion in that for many people obesity is their own fault, but you could at least be a little more compassionate - calling them names only serves to embarass them and perhaps perpetuate the cycle of eating to soothe depression.
