These made partly the enourmous developments of NW-europe possible but on the long run the destruction of the extended family and ethnic structures lead us to a modern behaviour of westerners which is not as competitive as the f.e. traditional islamic structures on the long run in one state.

The questions about why the Gentile elite were - and remain - supine are bedeviling ones. MacDonald's explanation is that Gentiles simply lack the cohesiveness to defend themselves. What is required for the preservation of the Gentile west is the emergence of a counterforce.
